Each analysis costs one credit. You buy a one-time pack, credits land in your account balance, and you spend them whenever you upload a contract. There is no monthly subscription. Purchased credits generally do not expire monthly, subject to our Terms of Service; promotional credits may differ.
What happens if an analysis fails?
Failed analyses are refunded automatically. You only lose a credit when the system produces a completed report, so a bad upload or processing error does not silently burn your balance.
Do I need a subscription?

Can I share credits with a team?
Credits belong to the account that purchases them. For small teams, the Business pack is designed for frequent reviews under one shared login. Dedicated multi-seat billing is not required for most freelance or small-business workflows.
